Swedish Massage:

My signature treatment- a blend of Reiki healing energy, trigger point release, Positional Release Technique and classic swedish techniques. The combination of long strokes, kneading, circular friction and static pressure relaxes the muscles and releases stuck energy. The result is a mental and emotional clearing which creates a path for healing to occur all while nurturing the spirit. **During all treatments I perform, I utilize specifically calibrated hertz frequency music that works to realign the vibrational energy of your body and mind. This feature enhances the outcome of your goals throughout your visit.
Other benefits include reduced levels of stress, stronger immune system, better sleep, reduction in pain and anxiety, increased blood and lympth circulation, an increase in muscle tone and a balance of the musculo-sketetal systems. Swedish massage shortens recovery time from muscular strain by flushing the tissues of lactic acid and other metabolic wastes.
Deep Tissue:
$110- 1 hour

This type of massage is aimed at the deeper structures of the muscle and fascia, also called connective tissue. Deep tissue massage uses all of the same movements and techniques utilized in a swedish massage, but the pressure is generally more focused and static pressure is held for a longer period of time. There is no pain involved in my technique. Reiki:

A wonderful non-invasive energy treatment that helps to balance every physical and physiologic system as well as increase your body’s natural ability to heal itself. Reiki means “universal life force energy” and is a Japanese technique used for healing not only the physical body, but the energetic system. In the same space where gravity exists (an invisible electro-magnetic force), so does this unseen universal life force energy. The treatment is performed by “laying on of hands” where energy is channeled into the client’s body through a series of hand placements, and in some cases, instantly boosting the immune system. It has been effective in helping virtually every known illness and malady and always creates a beneficial effect. One can never be harmed by the application of Reiki energy. It also works in conjunction with all other medical or therapeutic techniques to relieve side effects and promote recovery. Reiki is a simple, natural, non-evasive and safe method of spiritual healing and self- improvement that everyone can benefit from, including animals. Hot Stone Massage:
$110 – 1 hour
$130 – 90 minutes
Service available from October thru March. The use of silky volcanic basalt stones heated to perfection. Basalt holds heat the longest and the application of these stones penetrates deep into the tissue to release toxins in the muscle tissue providing a luxurious experience unlike regular massage. Other swedish massage stroke are added to this treatment to first prepare the body. Chair Massage:
$1.25 per minute
10, 15 or 20 minute increments
